Your oasis will be the Pool House, recently built to allow you maximum access to the well-manicured heated pool, private pickleball court and solitude. The Pool House is appointed with a modern kitchenette, a two queen bed loft with luxurious bedding, Scandinavian styled fireplace, a gorgeous bathroom with heated floors, a private outdoor shower, and a Peloton room where you have a view of the countryside while you spin.

Story
Get to Know Us
We bought our 1790 stone house, listed on the National Registry of Historical Places, with the vision of building a retreat. This four acre estate was perfect to nestle the Pool House and pickleball court so that we could invite friends and family to enjoy. We love to entertain, so it was natural that we wanted to share this and our love of pickleball with you.
Your Pickleball Guide
P. Adam Walsh
Formerly an actor from Seattle, Adam was introduced to pickleball in 1988, when his beloved uncle Norris would take his teenage nephew along to his early morning matches. Adam played off and on over the years until around 2002. It wasn't until the covid pandemic did he rekindle his love of pickleball. Since then he has been playing most days, has entered and won several tournaments, is certified by the Professional Pickleball Registry (PPR) as an instructor and is also a member of USA Pickleball.

You can enjoy Accord Bank House the way you like. We have three packages for you to choose from or contact us and we can design the retreat that is right for you.
Stay & Swim
Stay in our luxurious Pool House, equipped with full kitchen, loft bedroom, fireplace, living room and even a Peloton bike room for your use. Full tri-fold doors open up to the beautiful gunite heated pool. Sleeps up to four.
Pool & Pickleball
In addition to your stay in the Pool House, two pickleball courts are available for your use, conveniently located right outside of the Pool House.

While you enjoy the Pool House and amenities, you can additionally hire our Pickleball Guide to help you improve your game whether you are just starting out or are ready for next tournament.
